Acting on behalf of an investor client, we have recently obtained planning permission on this brownfield site for 31 units, close to the town centre, station and overlooking the river. The development comprises two blocks of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and the conversion of an existing building which forms an integral part of the local Conservation Area.
